Nice design but too bothersome

Nice design but too much Spandex in the fabric content causing skirt to creep up as you walk. Constantly pulling and tugging the skirt in place.

sizing on skirt

Love the skirt but the sizing seems to be a bit off. I normally wear a 4 petite and this was too big on me, it just about fell off of my hips. re-ordered a 2 petite and will see if that fits better.
