Runs a bit tight across the breast/armpit area

The Rich Cerulean color is a beautiful blue color . The quality of the material is wonderful.The length of the sleeves and from shoulder to bottom hem is perfect . The only problem I have is that it runs a bit tight across the armpit/breast area. There is no stretch at the area so it feels constricted. I can wear a very thin long sleeve but it is a little bit uncomfortable so will be returning it sadly. I am 5'2" , weighs 138 lbs, normally wears size PS/PM coat/jacket . I originally ordered a size P/S and then this P/M and will be returning both . I do not want to order the P/L because it will then look boxy or bulky on me . Too bad because this is a beautiful lightweight quilted jacket ! Still I will recommend it :)
