When I saw the price, I ordered two immediately! Then I ordered another two pillows, as a good latex pillow is hard to find. When I got them, which arrived very promptly, I was very disappointed as I did not like the bamboo cover, and they were beyond firm! Like a rock!
Found my pillow
I prefer latex pillows and they are getting harder to find. Pillow was as described, was just like my old one! came wrapped well and in undamaged box. Nice cover included. Sale was great price.

Too dense
Thought these pillows were the soft latex foam like my old one,they looked the same. This is not soft at all,more like memory foam with no give. So sad the pillows were NOT as i hoped.
Wonderfully Firm Pillow
I've been on the hunt to replace a foam rubber pillow purchased many years ago that finally started disintegrating. There have been many fails on this journey, but finally, this pillow is as close as I have found to my old super firm foam rubber one. Read the dimensions before purchasing, because it is a little smaller than a standard pillow, but that has not been problematic for me. I am a side sleeper, and was having increasingly bad neck pain; it's gone with this pillow. I do use a standard pillow underneath it, just for height. If you are looking for a very firm pillow, I would highly recommend this one. It has continued to stay firm after several months of use.

Not as good
Very hard for a latex pillow. Please bring back the Charter Club latex pillows
Not what I expected
Normally I love sinking into a latex pillow but these have an added cooling fiber or something that makes them extremely firm and more like memory foam.
