Milkmaker

two stars for the effort, beautiful machine with a self cleaning feature. Machine does not filter out the pulp, nuts and water are blended to a creamy texture, there is no filter to filter the grit snd adding less nuts will only produce watered down gritty beverage.

Bought this product on 4/12/2025. Just started using it yesterday. Really like it but the digital display control panel doesn’t work properly, tried to select the other nut buttons ( pressing buttons look like pressing on a rock )only almond and auto clean buttons work automatically . May i return it?

I Like It So Much!

I've had my ChefWave Nut Milk Maker for 4 months. The instructions are clear. The machine is easy to use. I use it almost everyday. The self-cleaning feature is super easy and quick - no mess. I've experimented with different amounts and types of nuts, along with different sweeteners. Figs are my favorite. Things I'd adjust: First, the fit of the lid. Lid pops out just sitting on the counter, or falls off while pouring. This happens only when it contains hot liquid. Second, I think the on/off feature could be better. I've pulled the plug to get a quick stop - having forgotten to add something, or when I've hit 10oz rather than 20oz. Lastly, I'd like a 32oz option. This is a quality piece and I'm glad I bought it. I would recommend this product. If you buy nutmilk, this unit will pay for itself in a very acceptable time. Can you please send me a new lid? The one it came with doesn't fit properly.

DO NOT BUY

I bought this and loved it. For six months. Then, I kept getting E 10 in the middle of cycle. That left you with a full machine of hot steaming milk that you couldn't empty. They recommend cleaning it, but you can't clean the very hose that an E 10 says is blocked. I even took it all apart to no avail 50% of the time it would fail. They offer NO customer support other than to say you can always buy a new one. I got a MioMatte nutmilk maker instead and I'm so much happier. This is a high tech piece of tech that will get thrown away within 18 months of ownership. I recommended it to my audience, and many bought it, they had the same problem. THey ended up throwing them out as well a sthe company offered no recourse. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.
