Very happy so far with this purchase.

At last!! This was our third Macy's mattress in 90 days. The first was a Sealy Queen which was oddly 6" smaller than our previous queen. I was unhappy with the size and the softness. I returned it for a King but the delivery men refused to take it upstairs. One of the delivery men mentioned Macy's mattresses in a box and told me to buy 2 twin extra longs instead of a king in a box for ease of moving. I took a chance on these and we are very pleased so far! The boxes each mattress came in were very heavy, but they were easy to unpack and set up. They puffed up very fast. I put twin xl mattress protectors on each one, but use king size sheets with deep pockets. The mattresses look very nice. They are very comfortable. Purchased OCt 2019.

Do not buy

Do not buy this mattress. After one year it is damaged the mattress caved in and kids were sleeping on it so did not exceed any weight limit. Spoke with 5 different people at Macy's and they do not honor the 10 years warranty on their site. They have the worst customer service and no not honor anything they offer on the listing.
