I love this couch - bought the matching chair too - I got it in the color - doe - which is more a brown tone than the granite. It's a simple classic couch with plenty of room for throw pillows since there are no pillows on the back. The tufting is beautiful and elegant. This couch is perfect for smaller spaces - tailored and clean looking. It's very comfortable and plenty of room for someone with longer legs - great bargain!!!

This Chloe sofa is so beautiful...the online photos don't do it justice. It just arrived this morning, and I am very happy with my purchase. I bought the ivory, and it is an elegant, pure ivory. Not yellowy or beige. I was able to see it and try it out in the store first, when I was travelling, so I was confident that it would be comfortable and the right shade. Robert Tamberro in the Raleigh, NC store was super helpful every step of the way. The price is unbelievable. It looks and feels much more expensive, like a designer piece. It fits perfectly in my petite NYC living room. It doesn't feel tiny, like a love seat, nor too large that would make the room look crowded. It makes my room look like something out of a magazine. I had the white glove delivery service, and Russell and his team could not have been nicer! Overall, a great experience, and I would not hesitate from ordering furniture from Macy's again.
Beautiful Sofa
I purchased the granite color and the sofa is beautiful. This is simply a sofa and is not built for or meant to be slept on or even napped on.

Just delivered yesterday. It's so comfortable, really plush but not so soft you can't get out of it. I am thrilled with it. I have a small apartment and it fits perfectly.
Great Sofa for a Small Living Spaces
I've had this sofa for almost two years now, ordered in a custom dark teal color. It's ideal for my small living room, and fit easily through my apartment building's 30" doors upon delivery. It has held up extremely well to my use. The fabric is forgiving and easy to clean - I've spilled a glass of wine on it and was able to wipe it up with a wet paper towel with no staining. As with the ivory in-store model I saw, the fabric has a definite "grain" to it, so that if you wipe you hand over it, it will make the fabric darker. This couch will eat EVERYTHING. I've got four remotes and they are constantly falling between the cushions, but this is a very minor inconvenience. All three cushions are detachable and reversible. If you sit between them, they will dip quite a bit. This couch can fit three people comfortably. It is also comfortable enough to nap on, but thankfully not so much that you're tempted to stay on it all day. The depth is short, so I don't think it's ideal for two people to lay on at the same time. The armrests are fairly stiff, but that's what throw pillows are for. The cushions have shown little to no signs of sagging since I've had it, and the fabric has remained rich a vibrant aside from the backside which I have up against a window where it exposed to sunlight. Overall this sofa has served me well and I would especially recommend it for smaller living spaces and for single individuals.

I absolutely love this couch! My sister has the same one and hers is still in mint condition after 5 years. I also have it in Granite and while it looks "brownish" in the pic online, the couch is actually GREY. I think the ivory would be lovely too but I was afraid of staining. Overally glad I got the grey and the size is perfect for my smallish studio apartment. Delivery was quick and easy, delivery men were polite and professional. No assembly required.

I've had this ivory couch (and the two side chairs in blue) for 6 years now, and it still looks great. When we bought it, we didn't have any kids, so the color wasn't a problem. However, when my son was born, we didn't think that the couch would last long. We are happily surprised that not only we still have it, but any stains that my son had made were easily cleaned off, so it is still looking ivory and clean.
