not so happy

I was very disappointed when i opened the box. They just put the boots with out the box. Not even rapped in paper. I like Sam Edelman I think I will go to another store to buy the shoes.

Recieved an open Macy’s box with my boots in it.

My boots arrived in a Macy’s opened box. And no brand box. I lnow they were on sale. But they should not arrive that way. There was no receipt nor a tissue paper to shield the boots from scratching. At leasy the boots are not damaged.

I have these in black. very comfortable.if you have wide feet these booties will be perfect.i wear a size 10 and I have room in there to wiggle my toes lol but it's not too big .
