Dont buy Watch broke warranty not upheld

I loved my citizen watch so much. After three years there was moisture in the watch face. I sent it into their repair center with all the appropriate requirements. They said the watch parts were discontinued therefore they could not repair it and sent it back. However their warranty clearly states that if they cannot repair it then they will send a replacement of like value. They will not honor their warranty. They do not make a good product that functions like it should. DO NOT PURCHASE CITIZEN WATCHES. Their products fail and they will not make it right.

Stunning Watch

This is a BEAUTIFUL watch! The size is somewhat smaller than it appeared in photos, but it's the perfect dress size timepiece. It is so slim and comfortable, I don't even feel it on my wrist! One thing I especially love is that the band is a blend of brushed gold with shiny gold. I wear a lot of brushed gold, so this lovely watch will look great with all of my gold pieces. For those who like to layer with bracelets, this is the perfect size piece for that. And the large numbers on the dial are everything! SO happy I purchased this stunning watch!
