City chic retro wrap dress

Perfect fit, love it.

VERY FUSTRATED! AND DISAPOINTED!

I purchased this dress online, a size 20, they sent me a medium. I then called customer service to express my concerns and they first debated about sending me a return label, told me to take it to Macy's and I said absolutely not! send me a return label please! and they finally did. I then asked the rep could she resend the size dress that I wanted and she did and later that day I got an email saying that my credit card declined, mine you, it is a known GOOD card. so I then ordered the dress online with the same card that they said declined and ordered another size 20 and this time received an extra small, smoke was coming from my nose and this point! called and asked for a return label and had to make another trip to UPS, truly smoking like a barbecue pig at this point.
