Cute Dress!

This dress is very flattering. The V neckline has a zipper so you can adjust higher or lower. The tie creates a nice waistline!

Too small

This dress is really cute and fits everywhere but the bust area - way too small for plus size. City Chic has so many cute dresses unfortunately this isnt the first time this was an issue for me.
