They reshipped the same damaged dress

I bought this dress after trying it in store just wanted a bigger size I order the dress it came damaged what I mean by that the bow wasn’t there and the hooks to hook on the bow was nonexistent. I chatted with customer service they “reshipped” a new dress. Nope!! It was the same dress I returned in store.

The Truth

Upon arrival, the dress was provided to me inside a cardboard box. Attached, an anti-theft security tag on the boxed dress. Needless to say, the macy's alarm system went off as I was walking out. It was quite an embarrasing experience. I returned to the register, who unboxed the dress, then found and removed the tag. Once that was over and I took the dress home, I noticed that there was a sewing hook and eye closure clearly missing as well as a part of the back bow stiching undone. It was a horrible experience! I am discouraged from buying online again.

Prom dress

My daughter loved the dress once she tried it on. I wasn't with her at the time - but she sent me some pictures and then we drove back a few days later (hoping it was still there). Thank you for having such a wide selection! It would be nice to see more with actual straps wider than a spaghetti noodle tho.
