Disappointed

I bought the extra firming night cream and I am very disappointed with the texture; it is very difficult to use because it is not a cream, it is very hard to take some and hard to put it in the face.

Disappointed

I gave 1 star because Macy’s again neglected to include some samples . Twice in a row. If I go to a Brick and Mortar store I surely will get a free item. Lancôme is the leader here and always include a few things, The cream I purchased I will rate later after a couple of weeks use. Very disappointed in this!
