Clarks are forever!

stretched strape on one shoe

the right side of strapes are stretched,you can see that it is loose compare to the left side. I really wanted to have this sandals for my trip which is in 6 days. What a shame that Macy's did not come through for me. I would like the same shoes for the same price within 5 days and not a floor model or used ones. Thank you.
