Good for walking

Perfect when you need to walk around a lot but you don't want to wear athletic shoes. Straps are stretchy and comfortable.

Not for people with stability issues

Great look, but if you have stability issues, or nerve problems in your feet—stay away. I wish shoe makers would stop putting memory-foam in their shoes and slippers. All we need is a good supportive foot pad. Also, the shoes are a little narrow, which wouldn't be such a bad problem if they had made all the straps on top stretchy.

Regular 7M fits perfect. Great arch support. I use these sandals as my "house" slippers. Come home from work, out of the heels and into these sandals. Great comfort.
