shipment woes

No one seems to know where my shipment is. Upon tracking it in the website, one item was to be delivered today, never got here. The second item, according to shipping, was to be delivered by 19th. Now, chat checked for me and said the first order will be delivered on 21st. I will not order onlline again.

Strap too Short

I normally wear 8-1/2 M. This shoe was 1/2 size to long and I couldn't close the strap because it was to short, The shoe looked and felt good but I am returning it for these reasons.
