Sent two Defective Suitcases!!!

Where do I start...the first suitcase was defective with the piping/trim sewn off to the side instead of on point to protect the upper edge of the suitcase. Suitcase was dusty with off color streak down the backside. After being promised a first quality suitcase by customer service, the second suitcase was as bad or even worse-- it looked like the material was not cut right causing the top handle to not fit correctly and the piping/trim to be sewn off center and the suitcase to be indented instead of straight along the back side. It appears that Macy's/Samsonite is sending seconds instead of first quality merchandise. Dealing with custormer service in the Philippines was a nightmare. One rep even said "well you only paid _____ for it", as if the price I paid meant I should accept seconds. Too bad my neighborhood Macy's closed.

Best suitcase ever

I was looking for a check in suitcase that was of good quality and light weighted and this Samsonite is the best. The material is great and it rolls very smoothly. I plan on purchasing the carry on as well.

Best Suitcase ever!

I loved the easy way this suitcase moves. Lots of space for everything and its lightweight for a big suitcase. Love it!!!!

Fabulous suitcase as at a great price

I recently bought the 29 inch and couldn't be more pleased with the quality. I have owned the 21 inch carry on for two years and it has proved to be the best carry on I ever owned, bar none, and I am a life long business traveler.

29" size is Misleading

The 29" size is misleading, it refers to the box size not overall length. My current suitcase was 29" overall so I assumed this was the correct replacement. It is far too large to be practical and will likely not fit in many economy cars.
