Fabulous! Why was it discontinued
I bought this sectional recliner with two end pieces and a middle piece all with the recline option just under a year ago for Black Friday. I came back this week to see if they were having a Black Friday sale again because I wanted to add a few more pieces to my sectional, the corner piece and one more reclining middle seat, but it’s been discontinued. It’s very stylish and so comfortable. That’s a really hard combo to find! I like the low profile with the head rests that come up when you want them to. Also, the foot rests retract to fold away and under to keep that sleek look, and come out to whatever you desire. You can move it all as one piece together or individually move areas like the foot rest, recline, or head rest. The zero gravity is sooooo comfortable, and for someone with back problems, this has been amazing. I’m just really sad I can’t add to it and it’s been cancelled.

Love this sofa
This is the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on. You could easily sleep in it's full recline position. We have enjoyed it over a year and are still commenting how comfortable it is. I like the low profile and the dove color blends well.

We love the sleek modern look of this sectional with the functionality of a traditional recliner. We also like the seat height and the modern legs. It is firm compared to many plusher recliners. One of the recliners stopped working the day after it was delivered. Macys is handling the control replacement. Note that the sectional DOES NOT have usb ports as described.

A few design/function flaws
The assembly has been problematic. The legs are not weight bearing, they are decorative, which is fine, but the legs underneath hoding the weight are longer than the decorative ones. When you add a carper or if the sofa is partially on a rug an partially on the floor, the decorative legs dont touch the floor. The color of the ligth grey has a very green tone so that was surprising. also, be careful as the reclining pieces move a bit as they are not very securely attached to the others so if you have children, you may want to be careful about the stability of the reclining pieces

A very messy process
Delivery is a disaster. No proper communication and got rescheduled multiple times after making me stay at home and wait for them each time. Customer service not helpful. I will update the review once I get to experience the sofa itself
