Very comfy, but a little bit overpriced

Very comfy! It's a shame that these are no longer being made for / sold by Macy's. I picked up a Chair 1/2 locally on clearance, and wish that the couch was still available... but unfortunately it's not at any stores that I can find! The cushions and pillows are stuffed with down feathers, which means that you need to flip them every couple of weeks to make sure they don't get flat. In addition, you'll get a random feather or two poking out every now and again - this is normal and expected for any down stuffed pillow. Would it have been worth the price at full price? No, I don't think so. However, it was definitely worth the clearance/closeout price!

Feathers everywhere

DO NOT PURCHASE, I. 2 months 1 cushion went flat, then feathers started coming out of the pillows. After 6 months the other cushion is going bad and I only have one cushion to sit on. I called they sent a 3rd party company who said they did not handle that part, he said Macy's would get in touch. No one called- so when I called a young lady told me that he said it was natural aging. I haven't had this couch for a YEAR yet!! NATURAL AGING!!! And I had to wait an 3 months to get help, I have a 5 year Warranty, I guess I will be sitting on the Floor!!! I am so Disappointed with Macy's. BE VERY CAREFUL of purchasing furniture. Dissatisfied- Disappointed CUSTOMER
