Best. Sleep. Ever.

My fiance and I moved into our apartment a few months back and needed a mattress. We were sold on this mattress immediately at Mattress Firm (literally, we were in there about 30 minutes). Being a bodybuilder, sleep is important to me. I'm happy to say I am getting the best sleep I've ever had, while falling asleep faster than I ever have, and waking up ready to tackle the day. Beautyrest will be my mattress of choice for life!

Fabulous mattress!

We are thrilled with this purchase of another great Beautyrest product. Macy's sales team is easy to work with and the delivery team was friendly and professional. We've made 2 large furniture purchases at Macy's within a month and we are very pleased with the quality of the products and service we've received. Will certainly consider purchasing more big-ticket items with Macy's in the near future.

best night sleep in a long time

we have found this to be the best, mattress we have ever slept on in out 49 years of marriage. this has got to be the cream of the crop. the sales person was the greatest ever. He went above and beyond the call to assist us and to assure us of a great quality bed we were getting. Not only that but the delivery service was excellent, they gave us the ultimate service. we will always be grateful to the excellent services we have received from macy's . And we will continue to do business with them.

Do not purchase

Do not buy this. It sags in the middle. Called Customer Help who sent out a tech. According to the manufacturer's measurement guidelines, it doesn't sag enough to be defective. Are they the ones sleeping on my mattress? The only way to get a NON-SAGGING mattress is to PAY for a return/reselect. I noticed the sag the first night I had it, waited 2 weeks to make sure I wasn't imagining it. In total I've it a month and am now stuck with this horrible mattress.

Great Bed

The bed itself is great!! I have had this bed for a few days now. I feel comfy and cozy sleeping well throughout the entire night. Service wise... I was given a check list and set the bed up but didn't do anything else listed on the check list. The delivery guys were nice and respectful.
