Hard as a brick! Don't buy it!

I am so disappointed in Macy's! The Bitola reclining sofa looks nice, but is hard and lumpy, and reclined it is even more uncomfortable if that is possible! I thought it would soften up with use, but it just got lumpier. Initially, i read all the reviews and I went into Macy's furniture store, which did not have a sample of the Bitola, but they said it was really nice and showed me a similar one, so I ordered the Bitola reclining sofa on-line, which was a huge and very expensive mistake ! Until now I always trusted Macys. I am now stuck with this horrible horrible horrible sofa. I can't stress enough; do not buy the Bitola! Don't believe the reviews!

Handsome and well built dual reclining couch!

This couch is awesome! It is sturdy, comfortable and beautiful. I also love the extra head lift too. I love it.

Do not buy!!

Avoid at all cost. Like sitting on a brick!! So uncomfortable! All of these 5 stars reviews have to be paid for! The reclining mechanism always makes a squeaking noise... has from day one. The couch is tiny!! Better suited for a studio apartment. I'm 5'3 and my feet hang off the footrest when reclined. Buyer beware. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The furniture seems well made, I got the gray color 2 sofas and 1 recliner, they are all working smooth, the price is very good for being power recliners compared to other furniture that aren't even real leather. They are also comfortable! I have them for a over a month and they are holding up well.

A good company, keep them

Very impressed, the company Violino did an excellent job of protecting the sofa recliner, no damages and looks very nice in our space. Good price for an all leather sofa recliner, trust me I shopped every furniture store in town, and it came all the way from Shen Shen china--great job
