termites

Very disappointed —- I just discovered that the sent that was delivered to me has termites — Macy’s will do nothing because I had it longer than 12 months —- in a rarely used guest bedroom. Apparently very common —- be careful people!

drawer issue

bottom drawers do not stay closed

Poorly constructed. Drawers do not remain closed.

We purchased the 5 drawer and 7 drawer dressers a few years ago. We had problems immediately with the drawers not opening or closing properly. Macy’s sent someone out to do some repairs but ultimately they have never worked right. We have had to completely remove 1 drawer from the 5 drawer dresser. Very poorly constructed.

The test of time

I had my queen size Canyon bed for over 5 years. Macy's delivered and assembled in the room. Aside from an adjustment to the screws of the headboard after moving it around the room, it has not required anything. it's very solid, doesn't make noises and the finish is still brand new. I'm very happy with it.
