Horrible pillow

I bought 2 of these, they are hard, high, no give. This pillow is like sleeping on a bowling ball. I am used to the primaloft from Macy's. If you like a very firm, lots of loft with no give, then this is your pillow. Can't believe Macy's would sell this. Extremely disappointed. Glad I didn't pay full price.

Quality product

Nice firmness and size. Use a king pillowcase for queen is quite large.

I didn’t get the type of firm pillow I expected based on the product description. The firmness was way off. It’s not a bad pillow it’s just not what I was expecting

An excellent firm pillow

I prefer a firmer pillow so this was right up my alley. It still had enough give that I could moosh it to the way I wanted, but it was firm enough to keep my head a bit elevated, which is my preference. I would buy these in the future.

High quality pillow

This pillow was impressive from the moment I removed the wrapper. It is very well made. My current pillow is made by Lauren Ralph Lauren. The Charter Club pillow is now my favorite. I am a side sleeper and this is perfect. Just enough firmness to support my head and neck. But, still very soft and comfortable. A great night’s sleep.
