Poor Quality Couch

I’ve had this couch for only a year and the seam along the back rest is coming apart. I had someone from Macy’s come out and inspect it and he told me there is no way to fix it because the fabric is unraveling. I’m really disappointed in the quality and don’t recommend this couch.
