Nice Addition to the Set

I purchased these to extend the chaise lounges and they are a great addition to my room. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Disappointed in the quality of the material

It’s a beautiful couch and very comfortable but the material is very delicate and I’m noticing stretching and bunching of the material and some fraying after anyone sits on it. I’m constantly turning the pillows over and massaging the fabric. Thankfully I have a protection plan because I don’t think it is going to keep its shape for much longer.

Waited to get 4 months, disappointed!

Shoddy looking craftsmanship...returned, then went back to Macy's to see if I could find different replacement. There was the same couch on the showroom floor, looking great! Guess the craftsmanship on this one is hit or miss!

Do not buy this couch

All around sloppy looking couch. The cushions only fit if the zippers are showing. The stitching is also vertical on some sections and horizontal on others so it does not match at all. A terrible waste of money and excitement. Currently waiting on a macys “technician” to come out to “take a look”.

So far so good! I have had this couch for a few weeks now. It's beautiful and fits perfectly in my living room. I find the cushions to be forgiving. They perk back up with just a few smoothing touches. Little tricky to click the sections together at first but figured it out. Nice feature, keeps couch from moving and in line. Delivery went very well. Very friendly and responsible young men. Customer service was also very helpful in purchasing the protection plan. Macy's has been very good company to deal with all around on this big purchase.
