never recieved my suitcase

I never got my carryon in the mail even though it showed online as delivered. ordered my carryon from 12/03/2024 and still have not received it and did not get my refund.

Poor construction

I received my luggage just before heading out of town and was happy that it came so fast! Unfortunately the craftsmanship is pretty poor because there are black strings coming out of the exterior shell everywhere. I'm so disappointed because I bought the large and small suitcases along with the duffle bag and backpack a few years ago (the mid-size wasn't available at the time) and they're perfect.
