Broken! It’s broken when I open the box. Quality is so bad

Arrived Broken

This was an add on, and I paid very little but it arrived broken. It appeared to have been packed correctly so I could only conclude that it was shipped already broken.

Disappointed...

This arrived broken. I paid such a small price as it was an add-on that it is not worth my time to return it. It was properly packed, but looked "old." I might suggest that Macy's checks these items as there are probably more which are broken.
