Plush and soft

Excellent pillow for those who like extra soft which I do. I know some people need some support but we have neck issues and this is just right.

Would not recommend

Try, try and try again

We wanted those wonderful pillows but were’t sure what would be best for our neck, so we got the firm. We took them back to Macys and my wife picked the soft and I got the medium. Well, I should have gotten the soft as well, because I ended up returning the medium the next day and picking up the soft for myself, as well. We love our pillows now!

The perfect density for a soft huggable pillow that doesn't get too hot. Retains shape with a few quick punches - just like a down pillow - but without the escaping feather fluff and accompanying achoos!

Pillow after pillow and finally one I love! Most pillows hurt my neck but the soft one is perfect for someone who likes a flatter pillow.

Just like the fancy hotels

I have always wanted to buy the pillows that the nicer hotels had on the beds. I finally found them — these are perfectly soft!
