furniture with defects

We purchased a sectional sofa with recliners, one of the sections came with defective armchair, the pillow of the chair is under filled and you can clearly see the folded material in a place where it should be smooth and tense. The inspector decided that it is not cover by the warranty. Very disappointed with this purchase. We would never recommend it to anyone.

I am truly grateful I choose this exquisite sectional and love seat. It's absolutely gorgeous! Everyone is in awe when visiting my home. It's a solid firm set sitting in the main living area decorated so elequantly. The room is so bright warm and inviting. This was my first choice. I became undecided as I continued looking around the Macy's showroom but decided on the first set I fell in love with. Cheers to another satisfied customer.

Functionally disappointed

very lovely design visually but there are some functional issues being 5’7 the recliner leaves my feet dangling and the head rest space is very awkward in the recliner position. Also it does not support my friends weight of 290 lbs. It can also use more cushion in the seats
