The quality is terrible

The sofa is of poor quality. When people sat down, the couch looses it shape. I purchase this sofa in October 2021 but I began to used it on December 2021. The sofa is practically new because it is only used when people come to visit me. It shouldn’t be in poor condition in such a short period of time and with the minimum use.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I've owned this sofa for less than 6 months and it looks like I've had a 1,000 lb. bowling ball sitting on it 24/7. I'm ready to take it to the landfill. I expect better from Macy's! I paid a lot on money for something that will last me less than 1 year. I am very disappointed! Don't buy this sofa!

Horrible

This is poor quality. After 1 week I was asking for my money back. The cushions sunk in as if it were 10 years old. The newest couch looked like it had been here for years. A week had gone past. They did not stand behind their product. I had to escalate. This was a horrible experience day 1 to 99. Horrible workmanship. That is why it is on close out. It should be gone before they waste someone else’s. Time and money.

Perfect size, colour and comfort!

I have a small living space and have been looking for a sofa that looked nice and was comfy. So happy with my purchase, great quality, colour and feel for the price! Would 10/10 recommend!!

NO SUPPORT, Cushions cannot be moved.

The cushions are sewn unto the sofa and do not flip over. The is a huge dip in the center seat from day and there is no support.

Great couch!

I love this couch. I purchased it online without seeing it in a store and was worried it wouldn't be true to color, but the color is even better in person. It's a nice tan/gray blend and the fabric is really nice. It matches my Felyx gray recliner perfectly. The couch is comfy and deep. The back is short, which I wanted because I didn't want it to cover much of the windows. It may not be the best couch for the big & tall as it is close to the ground. I'm 5'4 and it is perfect for me.

Not worth the money. Period.

Very poorly made sofa. Fabric frayed on the corner of the couch after 12 weeks. If you choose to purchase this sofa, buy the extended warranty. You will need it within weeks of purchase.
