Love the Chairs!!! They are Beautiful

I am so pleased with my furniture!!! Macys never disappoints me!! The Table & Chairs are so elegant looking and strong and sturdy. These pieces will last for a very long time. I have been purchasing from Macys for a long time and I will continue to do so!! their customer service is outstanding!!! I highly recommend Macy's to anyone shopping for furniture or just about anything!!! I am as always a very satisfied customer!!! Love the Chairs!

I purchased the 7-piece Mandara Dining set. I decided that all diners deserved armchairs so I ordered six of them. I am very happy with my choice. The table is large enough even without tut the leaves to accommodate the armchairs easily. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy and I love the color of upholstery. My set was in excellent condition upon delivery. I fell in love with this set online;3, but did go see it in person, which confirmed my liking. I did purchase a table pad to protect the top. I am very happy with the purchase.

Used product received

Ordered table and chairs which was over 1K and received a cracked table base, scuffed chairs with sharpie marker smudges, no hardware for drawers. Horrible customer service to sell and deliver known used products.

Solid Furniture

Actually purchased entire 9 piece Mandara dining set. The table top was scratched and appeared to be the display model due to water glass marks. Macy's was superb in replacing the table top. It is beautiful, sturdy, solid furniture suitable for the sturdy men in the family and fits my elegant causal decor but the surface of the table has rough spots by feel...not noticeable by sight.
