Love Macy's! Buy Furniture but not online

I ended up not getting this bed. Poor experience but I think it is because certain departments in the company don't communicate well. I had no problem with the first bed I ordered- it was seamless. This time? Geez! I'll continue to shop at Macy's but not furniture.
