Great couch, super soft

We bought this couch to replace another one we had from Macy's for 13.5 yrs. I love the couch it's soft leather and comfy. Highly recommend. The chaise lounge part.ia great to sit on with legs extended our last one we can lay down on. This one is too short to lay on but highly recommend this couch.

Love this NERVANNA Sofa - Brown Color

Had this sofa for 2 month now and we love it, very firm but comfortable, great leather and good quality. I wish there were more pieces of furniture on this line.

Very firm and comfortable but the design too bulky look. I like the leather quality very good quality so far has been used for 4 months without issues.

We purchased this sectional in gray and we are so pleased. This sofa is beautiful, the leather is soft and comfortable, super stylish.... all of the above. So happy with this purchase. The delivery was flawless. Macy's service was amazing. We received it and the two pieces were not aligning properly. I called Macy’s and they immediately scheduled delivery of a replacement brand new set. Totally exceeded our expectations. Can't go wrong with Macy's. Love it!!!

Beautiful sectional

Very nice! Took forever but worth it! I ordered online. I did not get a chance to touch and sit on the couch. I took a chance and I’m glad I did. The lines are clean and the color is an expresso brown. I’m really glad I took a chance. The delivery was easy the guys were fast and friendly. Overall great purchase. I don’t know how’s it’s going to wear but for now I love it!

perfect choice

I was lucky and a Macy's near me had this couch on display. At the store I liked it. Tried a few different couches and kept coming back to this one. The deliver was great except they did not make sure the couch was level on my floor. I called customer service and they had a tech out in a few days. Turns out there is a slight dip in my floor, but the tech was able to make some adjustments and couch is now touching the floor with all legs. Took a few days for me to find a comfortable position on here, but now that I have I am more in love with it. I think I made a great choice and the price could not be beat. The sales man at my store was not pushy and answered all my questions and made the purchase that much better.

Love this couch! Took a chance and bought it online without seeing it in person. It's so comfy and looks well made, great quality. Really pleased with Macy's delivery too.
