Second time is a charm!

I purchased many of the Pfaltzgraff mugs and have not had any problems with any of them, except the Early Bird one. Prior to using it, I washed it in the dish washer along with the other ones I purchased and upon removal discovered that the handle was cracked. I was able to exchange it at the store without any problems and absolutely LOVE these mugs! (The replacement Early Bird mug has not had any problems!)
