Awful don’t buy

This bed breaks very easily , my bed broke right just after 12 months and it was a nightmare to work with Macys to get is resolved even with insurance on it.

shipping took too long

The Nautica belt was outstanding in looks and quality. The onlly problem I have is the extra long shipping that was taken to recieve the belt. The web site stated it would ship in two to three business days, it took over two weeks. I can understand if there were problems. It would have be nice if I was informed of the delay in shipping the belt. Though I was was not. I am taking one star off my rating for that reason, other wise I am very satified with the Nautica belt. Vito

Love!!!

I was nervous by the other reviews but this is a great piece. Looks fantastic!!! Very happy with the purchase and the delivery. Glad I went with my gut.

Drawers are not staying closed way too small

Beautiful “QUALITY”

Solid wood USB ports on bed as well as nightstand Chester drawers, beautiful the entire set is beautiful. It’s refreshing to have real wood in today’s assembly world.

Awful Do Not Buy

The bed frame just broke and macys will not replace it! I only had it for 15 months. This customer service and company is terrible. Do not buy!!

Material disappointing

I love the style, and I understood that shipping was going to take a long time (about1.5 months) but when it arrived, was disappointed that the trim material around the headboard looks cheap, not like real wood, more like plastic. Hopefully return process isn’t horrible.

Beautiful set

The delivery team was great, and the set looks beautiful in the bedroom. We ordered a queen bed, two nightstands, two stools, and the Chester drawer. We haven’t had any issues with the drawers opening and closing as mentioned in other reviews. Our only issue was with Macy’s financing- their customer service is horrible.
