Bad quality

Poor quality, they sank after a month of use and I had to adjust them because the legs came loose.

terrible purchase

I was so excited to order the complete table and chairs set. They were expensive but I thought it was an investment. After a year, the chairs wobbled and the legs were loose. I had to get rid of them after continuously tightening them. I kept the table but it is pealing. The worst purchase I have made.

Zero stars!!!

Absolutely appalling experience with Macy's online shopping! When I placed my order at the beginning of September, I was told it would arrive at their warehouse by October 9th, allowing me to schedule delivery promptly. Instead, I've just been informed that it will now take THREE MONTHS for my order to arrive at the warehouse —well past Thanksgiving! It's like a very bad joke! No table to sit family during Thanksgiving!!! This kind of misleading information is unacceptable. To make matters worse, customer service has been absolutely terrible. I’ve tried reaching out for assistance, but they seem indifferent to my situation. I expected much better from a company like Macy's. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

bad quality

The chairs are extremely bad quality . I bought this set two years ago and the fabric is ripping and also they are loosing their shape. I also paid for 5 years warranty and they said they don’t cover that because is normal use . I spent a lot of money on this for such a bad quality . The table is better quality but the painting is peeling . Don’t spend your money in these set you will regret it .

Not worth it long term

The table is BEAUTIFUL from far away. It chipped soon after purchasing. The paint chips away easily. It doesn’t feel super sturdy. Also the grooves make it really hard to clean. 1 star for the size. Able to accommodate a large party.

Gorgeous table

I love this table! It looks timeless with a casual feel! It is sturdy! The table comes with 2 leafs, and can comfortably sit 12 people. The delivery guys were so professional and efficient. I love Macy’s furniture and service!
