Disappointment 😞

Just brought the mattress, it is noisy when you sit on it, the head of the mattress is sunken in and the pillow top is lumpy.

too firm

We replaced our 7 year old Big Lots mattress with this, hoping for a plusher feel, and we did not get it. This mattress is a solid medium firmness, nothing plush about it. I will say, my partners movement was isolated and that was the only improvement. We ended up putting a 3 inch tempur pedic mattress topper on and setting up a return.

Plush top mattress hasn’t held up well.

After about 6 months the mattress started to degrade in the two spots where we sleep. Indentations became worse over next few months. As of today 5/30/23 someone is coming out to inspect the mattress for ? Possible exchange? Not sure of outcome. We’ve only used mattress for 10 months. Would not take my photos in “add photos” section of review.

Comfortable but my back was not happy

I was very excited to receive my queen mattress, it is very comfortable but not good on my back. I am in the process of exchanging my mattress. Serta has been helpful throughout the process. I am hoping to get something extra firm. This mattress is great for the people who don't have back issues.

Great bed, but took over 2 months for it to get delivered. Also the delivery company canceled the delivery date twice.
