Back cushions not secured
This is gorgeous outdoor furniture and I love how it looks and feels. One problem - in the pictures, I saw that the cushions had ties to the frame so they wouldn’t blow away. This is important and part of why I ordered this expensive set for my outdoor patio. However, turns out that only the bottom cushions have ties. The back cushions ( the ones most likely to get caught in wind ) have no ties. I’m so disappointed! You never know when the wind might pick up during the night and I don’t want to have to drag these cushions indoors every evening. Now I have to figure out a way to keep these secure.

Love this set!
Loved everything about this set. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be. Good, sturdy quality, clean lines, fit the space in our morning room perfectly. I use this set inside, but may move it outside when we are ready for a change. The team who delivered were professional, and took away the packaging. I did have to ask them to put on a mask, and they did it no problem. When I noticed an issue with one of the pillows, the delivery team put me in touch with someone and a replacement was sent right away. Nice job, Macy's!

This is built solid, easy to clean. The back cushions need to be stuffed better. They tend to not hold the shape.
