We are two years now since purchasing and besides the fact everyone that visits love and ask where they could buy one simply put it’s held up very well color and firmness A++. Any unsavory comments should be passed over in my opinion….

Hi. I did intentionally buy this in 2022 as a lower budget couch and was encouraged to buy the most extensive warranty that covered pet damage due to concerns about my dog. It has been impossible to get pet hair off of. Within 6 months one of the legs had broken. My warranty coverage request was denied with no real explanation, and we rigged up some extra wood to keep it up and moved on. at the end of last year, a tear that was likely caused by my dogs claw started expanding, which then he dug into. Normally would blame this on myself except the warranty was purchased because it covered pet damage. A claim was submitted in February of 2024, took over 2 months to process, and the conclusion was that the claim denied because the damage existed when the couch was delivered, which made no sense. Anyways I don't often leave reviews but after havign a broken couch with visible hole in the fabric for over 6 months my frustration has gotten to me.

Absolutely love my new couch! Incredible price, comfortable and not too “sink into the couch” feel like my last one. This is more structured but still comfy. Getting lots of compliments too.

We originally didn’t think we needed the ottoman but so glad we changed our minds because it makes the Torbin sectional so much more versatile. Easy to put the legs on, except that one hole was filled with red plastic which we dug out. Everything we needed was included and it was well packaged. Sorry Macys has discontinued this set as it is very high quality with higher density foam. This could also work as a window seat. Wish it had storage but definitely very good value.

We have bought these two sectional in grey color to go with our decor one left arm sectional and the other one is right arm color is just as described happy with my purchase, also bought two ottoman to complete the set ❤️
