Inaccurate Size

The advertised S (small) shoe size 6-7 is NOT correct. These slippers are too short and too narrow to qualify for a shoe size 7. Although the sole appears to be a 7 - the rear lip (at the heel) and the thick border at the toe reduces the shoe by 1.5 inches. Slippers are supposed to be comfortable. Can I exchange these for a Medium?

Major problem is with the sizing s m I. I had no idea what size I am getting as s m l are either under sized or over sized. You’re buying a pig in a poke. The last pair in final sale is undersized but not returnable ……
