GREAT HELP

Recently went to Macys in search of shirts for my husband. Upon entering the correct department we were approached by an employee named Gail. she was a great help measuring my husband for the right size and taking us to the area we needed. we bought 2 shirts and thanks to Gail it was a pleasurable experience.

Too big

Got the same size as all my other shirts and this was much bigger all around - body neck and sleeves. No way is it the labeled size. Don’t know if this type/brand runs really big or if this was an aberration, or mislabeled or what. Either way, have to return this one. Material seemed nice but can’t say anything about how well it washes, resists wrinkles etc., as I only had it on long enough to know it didn’t fit.

Good quality shirt.

These shirts are top quality and have bought my husband several but I needed a shirt for my son with a large neck 171/2 but not large through the body. Unfortunately as the neck size increases so does the body size. Had to return it.

Damage goods

The package looked as if it had been run over by the delivery truck. Cut in the package and one shirts damaged. Another disappointing experience with what used to be my favorite store.
