Wrong size!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, both size 40". Tried on the the blue ones and they fit ok (a little big). Didn't try the tan ones till the weather got hot. Though labeled 40", they were actually probably at least 44s. I was told at store I could not exchange them ;-( . I thought I should since they sold me a defective product, but that's Macy's policy.

Finally Shorts with a 37" Waist

Fits Great with nice stretch feature could never find a 37" waist before and 36 or 38 don't fit right and hate that most clothing manufacturers think it's OK for men to accept that. So I'll definitely buy more of these.
