Yes, this really works

Absolutely thrilled with this product! Over 60 female with a metabolism on the decline but not the appetite!! I noticed after 10 days I was no longer thinking about food and I was becoming fuller faster and eating less. FINALLY back on track and the diet and exercise is working again. Headache

Unfortunately, I suffer from hemiplegic migraines, and it seems that at least for now it has caused an uptick in my migraine symptoms. I know that sometimes I need to persist through uncomfortable symptoms perhaps die off or something of the like.. But it is something to keep in mind. My migraines can be triggered by hormones stress, even cold weather, and storms. Hoping it will improve over time.
