Frustrated!

we ordered two pair in a couple of sizes at the store in Somerset, the salesperson said they were out of the shoe so they placed a online order for us. We needed the shiny black shoes to go with a black tuxedo for our son’s wedding. Service was horrible! It was hard to find someone to help us! When we got the shoes in within 4 days but the mat finish instead of the shiny! the wrong shoes! We had to scramble & went to another store.

Horrible service and experience

Terrible service. They ordered the wrong shoe for me and said they canceled it but never did. Literally the worst service and gave me a bad taste of macys forever.
