I used paring knife around glass & lid to get open

We really enjoy this mill. But like other reviews, I was having a hard time opening the lid to refill. I took a paring knife & cut around the glass & lid. There was something there that was holding them, causing the issue. Now both sides open freely. I'm happy I finally figured it out!

Cannot refill

Worked fine until I tried to refill it. Doesn't happen. Will throw it away when the salt and pepper are gone.

Issue refilling

Like others, I cannot unscrew to refill. Can't find video to see if it would help me. I have tried using rubber jar opener too. Very Frustrating

Can’t refill

Works fine but refilling is impossible. Can’t get top off - both my husband and I tried. Should not be adult proof!
