My husband REALLY did not like this coat. It’s extremely casual, and kind of dumpy looking. Like most Columbia coats, it runs a bit on the larger side.

Lazy design mistakes hurt an otherwise good coat.

Decent coat that is warm enough, but some hopeless design flaws that a child could have avoided. For starters, the draw string is at the bottom instead of the waist, so when you tighten it it wraps around your thighs and you have to walk like a penguin. Secondly, the pockets are outside of the down instead of inside, so your phone or hands are only protected by the thin outer shell, not the down lining. Virtually no warmth. The phone battery dies in half an hour because there is no insulation between phone and elements. Finally, the main pockets are obstructed by flaps that are sewn to the jacket. Instead of two snaps on the pocket you have one snap at the front of the pocket and the back of the flap is sewn to the coat so you can never get your hand fully into the pocket. An otherwise decent coat but some lazy mistakes make for unnecessary flaws that take away from the product. I would love the jacket if it didn't have these flaws.

excellent jacket for cold states

Purchased this beautiful coat for my son. He loved it as soon as he tried. Very warm and comfortable. Stylish looking as well, not bulky at all. Will definitely recommend it.

Great Fit!

A great regular fit coat with big pockets, room for a sweater, zips up tothe neck for warmth, youvan feel and see the quality of Columbia!

Just right

Well Stitched, fit great. I just choose L knowing that I have to have layers. The quality is fantastic, the price is right for what it those. I wish they had mire colors. Pockets and pockets loved that has a set of doble pockets for a higher or lower stand.
