Returning this item

The Foam/gel mattress has no way to secure it to the bed and slid to the side every morning I slept on it. I had to tug it back into place when making the bed. In addition, I could feel the lush pillow top less and less each day as it compacted with 1 week of use.

THE WARNING IS FRIGHTENING!

The Warning is frightening.. item could be extremely hazardous to one's health or worse! The entire enclosed warning should have been listed by seller on Macy's website. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IT. The box was delivered with box falling apart, due to the weight of the item. Since it is too heavy for me to deliver to UPS, the seller should have to pay for pickup from my residence for the return. Macy's certainly would not have knowingly sold anything, with the extremely concerning warnings as this seller warns of subsequent to one's purchase!!!

Zzzzzzzzzzzz

Bought a new mattress (not from Macy's) and my husband and I were having back problems every morning, not to mention not getting good night's sleep! Instead of spending more on an upgrade on the mattress we decided to try this topper. WOW!! What a difference!! We've been sleeping on it about 3 weeks now and can't say enough good things. Love, love, LOVE it!!!

Super comfy

This is super comfy. I love it. Just make sure your sheets are extra deep so that they will stay on after the topper in on.

Barely acceptable.

This is a 2" not a 3.5" as stated on the website ... clearly says so on the plastic wrap around it. Absolutely no support. Very soft. The cover is about 1"... and is nothing more than a deep pocket mattress cover. No snug fit. Very hot to lay on ... I'll have to add a cooling pad if I can't return the item. Positives ... well packaged, arrived on time and no odor like the ones you buy on line from the big discount stores.
