Damaged pillows

I bought this pillow recently and when I received it there were stains all over it so I returned it. I bought a 2nd pillow and when I received that pillow underneath the pillow cover the pillow has holes all over the back of it. I am disappointed and will not buy it again. You should check your products before you send them to a customer...

pfft, don't bother

It was cool at first-during the winter-then became frightenly hot during the summer. I purchased this pillow in December 2019 and it was great for all the winter months into spring. During the Covid-19 pandemic, in the Apri 2020l and May 2020 months I started realizing that the pillow was extremely hot, I could no longer sleep on it. Now I'm fighting to either get Macy's to get me a new one or just take this one away. At first I was recommending this pillow to all my friends, now I've learned, try something for at least 6 months, THEN make a recommendation or write a review.

kinda dissappointed!

i had purchased this because my daughter had 1 queen from comfort revolution and it felt cool and comfy. however when i received it and sleep on it for 3days now it still have not feel cool when i slept on it, i dont know if it takesa while to break in the cooling gel or what,but i will give it another week if its not improving then iam going to have to return it.

Just OK

I was not impressed. I must not be a memory foam sleeper. Returned them to the store.

didn't keep head cool

Bought for a friend that is always hot and he said it kept him cool briefly but as he started to get warm again it kept the warmth and sweat against him. Did not find it relieved him of his overheating at night

Horrible

This expensive pillow has no redeeming qualities. It does NOT cool at all. It is not firm in any way, and after two nights of sleeping seemed to be even worse. So disappointed. Returning ASAP.

Good pillow

Good pillow if you are looking for firmness. It is a bit heavy to move around but sleeps good.
