I know when I buy a contigo thermos I will get a good quality product that doesn’t leak and will keep my drink hot for a very long time

Problem with my favorite travel mug !A

I loved this water bottle until I dropped it once on my kitchen floor and the black rotating lid cracked and chipped in two places. The worst part was that it was still very new . It is still a great water bottle and I would buy it again if that top rotating piece was made more durable.

Waste of money

This cup does NOT keep my coffee hot at all! Even with putting hot water in it prior to my coffee

Excellent, Spectacular Designs and features

I've now had at least 5 different designs of Contigo travel mugs, and 2 different water bottles. I'm a tradesman and work primarily in industrial environments. The Snapseal and Autoseal lids are unequalled in convenience and safety/security. I wish that Contigo 14 and 16 oz Autoseal mugs had better THERMAL durability!! They apparently lose their vacuum seal easily when dropped or dented. The 20oz Snapseal mugs lack the convenience of the Autoseal and Coutre mugs, but keep good thermal characteristics. My ONLY complaint with ANY Contigo mug has been it's loosing it's thermal integrity.

Grip slips...

I like the look of the bottle, yet this is my second AUTOSEAL where the rubber grip expands and slides up and down my bottle. Not a good look, nor feasible to hold.

Lid Deficiency

I love Contigo products - by far, the best designed mugs in the marketplace. I just purchased the Transit and found drinking from the lid problematic. Yes, the coffee pools in the lid. Several times, now, I have gone to take a sip - only to be surprised by the pooled coffee (not noticed) splashing on my shirt. I chose the Transit for aesthetics and function - but this lid is a disappointment. Wish you could retool the lid to overcome this issue. On the other hand, the easy clean lid is a welcome change. Keep up the great designs - but please fix the lid and offer it as a replacement to consumers like me. Thank you.....

Not Happy with tis bottle

If this style of mug is the way of the future of the future for Contigo, we are going to have to find somewhere else to purchase our travel mugs. We have been purchasing Contigo travel mugs for at least 10 years and these are to small and they only keep your coffee or tea hot for a couple of hours, our old ones lasted at least 4 hourrs. Overall happy with our old mugs, not so much with these.

Love this!

My daughter and I both love this and need to buy another since it’s always in use. Keeps everything hot so be sure its a good temp when putting your drink in. It will stay that temp for hours. Love it and used it for years.
