What could have been a beautiful table

This is a beautiful item which is plagued by quality control issues. After waiting for this table to arrive for more than 4 months, I received a damaged product. The only way to establish a return of this item was for them to charge for a new order and then refund me once this was delivered, which would be an additional 3 months. The new table that I currently have is not damaged but clearly has been refurbished as there are warps and discoloration in areas that appear to have been prior damaged. This is a shame as this is marketed as a high quality product as well as priced as such, these types of mistakes or cut corners should not occur.
