Great color

I had high hopes for this cushion, but I was disappointed almost immediately. The filling felt uneven and lumpy, as if it had been stuffed with random chunks rather than a smooth, supportive material. It arrived vacuum-sealed in a small box, which made repacking and returning it nearly impossible. I ended up having to go to the store to return it, since it wouldn’t fit back in the original packaging. Going forward, I’ll stick with the cushions I usually purchase directly from Macy’s—they’re consistently better quality and much easier to return. With Macy’s, I get a refund right away, whereas with third-party sellers, it seems like I’ll be waiting, and I just hope I won’t have to chase it down.

Beautiful Bright Orange Color

Pads come in a vacuum packed sealed bag. Once opened it takes 24 hours to puff up to their full size. The bright orange color is beautiful. My only issue is that you are dealing with a third party company and not directly with Macy’s. One of the pads was defective so it became a bit of an ordeal to return it and receive a refund. I did get my refund so at the end of the day I’m happy.

Bought two chairs in Navy. Pretty easy to put together. Very heavy. Bought on sale.
